The journey to success is never linear. You may see successful people and think they are lucky but you may not know the sacrifices, failures and trials they have faced. I am no different. I went through the ordinary route. Starting in an entry level job in my early 20s, I sought and connected with great mentors that helped me to hone my skills, build my craft and rise up the ranks and I hope to do same for you.

The quest for continual learning and development is one that sets apart good leaders from great leaders. Developing, refining, and improving skills, particularly soft skills is integral to being an effective leader or senior executive. As business leaders, it takes humility and a good understanding of your journey to appreciate that there is always more to learn, to improve yourself and your team.

My focus has always been to help professionals like you to accelerate development of your leadership and management skills. To be your co-author and coach in your professional journey.

As a senior business professional, you are already successful. However, you sometimes need that independent perspective on your leadership or your business decisions, and you need to have a neutral, confidential person to share your insights, concerns and challenges.

That person is Experienced Executive Coach, Irene Asare!

You will be provided with that confidential space to speak and clarify your thinking, as well as your sounding board. I will be that someone to bounce ideas around with, from my experience of the pressures of being in the corporate board room across Africa and Europe, and also the entrepreneurial space. 

We will work together to set SMART goals for the overall coaching process and clear outcomes for each session.
